The Client Assistance Program provides assistance for any client of a Department of Rehabilitation program -- including the Independent Living Center of Kern County.  The Client Assistance Program (CAP) can help if you:

• Need an explanation of services
• Want to know regulations
• Want to know your rights regarding services
• Want a mediator with your counselor or worker
• Have been denied services
• Want to appeal
